It is expected that the Forum will focus on the following discussion topics:

1. hydropower exploitation and industrial development of Africa;
2. developing and financing issues for hydropower projects in Africa;
3. South-South cooperation and renewable energy development in Africa; and
4. international standards of small hydropower and green small hydropower development.
